Newbie on a mission, What's the preferred way?

Post by Juriaan22 » Mon Oct 21, 2019 8:13 am

Dear all,

I'm planning to do some riding on the TET. But one thing is not clear to me.
Please can you advice?

Is there a preferred way to ride the TET? I mean start in the North at Billingwolde and than al the way to the South?
Or can I start my ride in the middle ( Beek ) and ride up to Noth to Billingwolde?

Is the TET a two way track?

And second question, what tires do you advice for a Africa Twin? looking to ride it in spring time.

Thanks in advanced.

Hi Juriaan,

Welcome in the TET community.

there is no preferred way to ride the TET, you can ride at your own preferrences, it goes 2 ways.

Tires is very personal, in depends on the previous wether how the roads are, just try some.

Thank you! I'm hoping to get some more feedback on the Tire choice though

Tyre choice is very subjective. I prefer a nice 80/20, others feel the need for full on motor cross tyres. Alot comes down to personal preference and your own ability.
