roman, how cold did it get during the nights? when did you ride the tet balkans? maybe your information could help me, pick the right sleeping bag :)

trunkenbolz, it can get pretty cold!
In the montains of Slovenia, Montenegro and Albania I used the warmest (daune) sleeping bag I have.

Trunkenpolz, I rode it in second half of June. Up i mountains it can be cold, but below 1000m you are fine with almost summer sleeping bag. If you intend to sleep above 1500m than 3 seasons sleeping bag should do it.

one more question Roman, what can you say about the cellphone covergage along the tet balkans? acceptable? i am well aware that there will be regions with no signal at all and i don't mind that. just aksing :)

Happy to help.
Signal reception is more than acceptable. But as you said, some mountains or valleys are not covered well.
I dont remember having an issue with that when I needed phone.

Great stuff, best ride report I've read in ages. Much appreciated.

I did the TAT and CDR last summer and only just discovered today that the TET exists, that's this summer (and probably a few more) sorted, time to get planning. :D
