If you can lift your bike alone, nothing is impossible.
Go and explore and find your own way through Bosnia!
Even the small tarmac roads are worth to ride :)

Here is a small movie, when I was in Bosnia for just 7 days with an old, heavy and underpowered Honda Transalp.

I rode the TET all the way from Slovenia to Greece last year on my 690, 160 kg with magadans and fuel, mid summer, and found that it was easy and I loved every minute.
Your 210kgs without luggage and fuel, do the math. Sub 200kg trail bikes is a clear TET statement for a reason.
NB
As Ard states correctly go and Adventure...

Well, w're back from our adventure and had a blast!

We found two section impassible for us on big bikes: I've reported them in the country forums:

https://transeurotrail.org/forum/viewto ... f=31&t=513
https://transeurotrail.org/forum/viewto ... f=51&t=156

A report and film will folow.
