Re: Which navigation thing!!

As I keep repeating here, you're better off getting a decent smartphone if you're just following a GPX track (ie, what the TET is). A decent refurbished Android or iPhone shouldn't cost you more than 150EUR and there are plenty of free maps and apps that will work better for the TET than the cheaper...

Re: Guru maps on iphone

Here is the manual that explains the process of importing a GPX file https://gurumaps.app/manuals/ios/02-features.html#importing There are several options, the easiest one is probably using the URL. EDIT I removed a link I previously posted after being told those were the wrong files. Sorry about th...

Re: Can I use my Samsung s6 for tet

Generally speaking, off-road tracks are not routeable which means a GPS or phone won't have arrows telling you where to go. Openstreetmaps are the best, which is a set of maps that can be used in various apps on your phone, or on various GPS devices. You'll see a map with all roads & trials (even do...

Re: TET onto Google Maps

@mitchelmores - to see the TET on google maps the easiest solution is: - Visit google.com/mymaps (this is NOT the normal Google Maps) - Create A New Map - At the top left you'll see the "layers" and a link to "Import" - Select the TET gpx track The track and all waypoints will then be displayed on t...
