Re: TET onto Google Maps

For offroad routing I am using Osmand+ which is the paid version (in German language) and for me works like a charm after fiddling around a lot in settings of Osmand. Re: Galaxy Samsung Tab Active 2 as nav device

Just found The Runbo F1, F1+ and F2 models rugged smartphones. Expensive but seem to be good for what we would use them for. Maybe don't even need to charge as they have massive batteries.

Cheers

Re: D.I.Y. Smartphone based Navigation Device with wireless charging... a winter project

Very interesting setup and apps on your phone. Thanks for sharing. As I am fed up with Garmin devices and all their problems I was looking around on the internet for suitable Android devices and found the RUNBO F1, F1+ or even newer the F2 with massive batteries and no need for extra protection case...

Re: Any Shippers here out Switzerland to places all around the TET?

I would suggest to do shipping from Germany rather than from Switzerland. Switzerland will propably a lot more expensive. Saw something like BBS (bulgaria bike shipping? not exactly sure) but maybe they can help you. Otherwise try MTG (Mannheimer Transport Gesellschaft) in Mannheim, Germany. Talk to...
