Re: From Denmark to the Baltics

Hey everybody, My gf and I are planning a one month trip next year. We're meeting in Denmark, or possibly northern Germany (I'm going for a two month trip to Morocco and southern Europe first). From Denmark/Germany we have planned to follow the TET through Germany, Poland, Ukraine, Belarus, Lithuan...

Re: From Denmark to the Baltics

Regarding Baltic region (Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania), - in my opinion Mitas E07 tires will be not good. enough. Mitas E09 will be definitely better choice! It depends from the weather conditions, but usually autumn season is quite wet and muddy here in Baltic region in the forest sections and Mi...

Re: Any tips, mates?

Tried the anakee adventures out during an off-road training, surface was gravel, deeper loose gravel, some wet soil (slippery as hell) and mud. On gravel, both just a shallow layer and on deeper loose gravel the tyres performed really well. Even managed to get up muddy slopes if I managed my speed,...

Re: Bits and pieces of TET on a WR250R

I don't know how Garmin works, but I think it's better than my Tomtom Rider, which won't show you the route if it doesn't recognize the roads. It works with the Swedish southern part, but wouldn't show any parts of the Norwegian southern TET. I had to use my phone, I downloaded an app called GPX Vie...

Re: Any tips, mates?

That's good to hear, let us know how the tires perform!

I don't remember my schedule for that weekend right now, but if I get the time, I'd love to join you for a day or two!

Re: Any tips, mates?

I am also very interested in this, especially if the southern part of the trail can actually be done on street tyres (and I'm not asking if professional riders could do it, but if your average Joe could). I will be doing the complete southern part in mid August and currently have the dilemma that m...

What's your favorite TET country?

Hey all! The girlfriend and me recently rode a small part of the Swedish and Norwegian TET during two weekends, and totally fell in love with this kind of riding. We have decided the next summers will be spent doing TET riding, and therefore I'm curious about what is your favorite TET country or tra...
